Looking to buy my first wrx sti

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy my first wrx sti and I'm well excited!!!

Are there any decent low mileage examples out there still?

What do I need to check for when buying?

And also what are the common problems/issues?

Got roughly 7k max to spend...
