Plugs in passenger side footwell

I stumbled across two plugs in the passenger side foot well under the plastics, white plugs, one red wire one orange, any suggestions?

Are they about an inch long multi pin plugs ?

I've a pair in my drivers side footwear, been told they are for diagnostics

are they the air bag connectors for the seat? ok strike that didn't read it correctly :\

It's to-do with putting ecu into service/read for mapping etc etc
