Razz311
Been thinking about getting a small sub to stick in the boot of my wagon just to take some of the bass load off the speakers and help reduce the distortion. Just wondering how much of a pain it is to route all the wires needed, and how to get the power wires through the firewall. Just wanted to find out before rushing into buying a sub. Sandals
It's very easy... there are a couple of holes in the driver foot well with rubber grommets so you can cut a hole in one and route the cable through. I run the cable under the trim by the doors, plenty of room for them
stants
Get an underseal one much easier and doesn't take up any boot space Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
Razz311
Sounds like it's quite easy to do then. I did look at the under seat ones but was recommended the Alpine Swe 815. Works out at the same price but supposedly sounds a lot better due to the enclosure. I'm eyeing a cheap used one on eBay ATM so if I don't like it there isn't anything lost really.
