Need a front sub frame

Hey, 

Im struggling to find a front sub frame for my Subaru 03 plate. Can't get it to pass it's mot because the one on it is done and badly rusty. Anyone know where I can get one Scotland somewhere... but not from Subaru themselfs there wanting £500 for the part.

is it the C frame or the actual subframe that mounts the steering rack
