Probmatic drivers front window

Recommended Posts

Fellow peeps I need ur help, my 06 wrx has drivers side window props. It started to make a clicking and whirling noise like it was trying to open for a good few months, then it started being all dicky (working then not working) then it stopped all together.
So I've had the motor replaced yesterday and came to use it this morning, it's still clicking and when I've gone to open it, I got no response then it did do it. Has anyone experienced this before?? I'm baffled. The motor I got was sold as in good working order. Is there anywhere where I can get a new one from? Can't find anywhere on internet except eBay and they're all used ones. Any help much appreciated 🤗

Maybe worth taking the switches out and check the connections... I think it's just one or two screws holding it in place
