kershaw-330s Posted May 19, 2017 Share Posted May 19, 2017 Hi guys . Does anyone know how much coolant I will need to do a change , and what coolant are you guys using ? I know it's got to be oat coolant , I've got a coolant leak and I've just been topping it up for over a year now with Halfords pink stuff , but I've got new hoses to fix it now so want to put something good in , is buying concentrate ok I'm a bit sceptical mixing with water , but concentrate is considerably cheaper . Hudson Posted May 19, 2017 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I got advised Motul Inugel Optimal as a top of line coolant that is compatible with subaru's picky coolant choices, the capacity is supposed to be 7 litres so I got 2x5 litres to have a bit spare and it's done fine so far.
