2008 XT forester warms abit

hello

my 2008 XT forester got 102C degree.

in here we have now 36 it's very hot.

now i have mishimoto rad with mishimoto thrmostat big tmic and external trans oil cooler with fan.

it happend to me with the old rad also ones when every thing was stock.

today when i stoped the car afterwards i saw water comes out from one of the pipes looks like it happen from pressure in the system.

what do you think i should check?

maybe it's air in the system

maybe it's the cup i use the oem one not the one that comes with the mishi rad.

maybe it's the second fan speed that does not work or maybe it's the head[emoji30] .

i forgot to mention that when i finish up the the incline and start the descent the car cold back to 85-90 degree
