I have a button in middle of the console that says bright, all it does is make the clock brighter haha

Having the clock brighter you lose 2 horsepower.
That button is there so you can dim it when you are racing.

I normally use the D-3-2-1 to downshift when braking, my girlfriend has a manual Impreza sport special and she prefers driving my auto legacy after doing a 12 hour shift and getting stuck in Lowestoft traffic.
Maybe she'd be up for a swap ;)

also on the list the Git before me removed the ac belt and tensioner but left in all the ac motor and pipes etc extra 20 horsepower right there

3rd engine I've had so this time full rebuild. My pride and joy is just sat on my drive

I must say as I use the auto for work it is easier, but I miss DRIVING a car, the Scooby girl in me needs to be in control with gears 😂😁

My insurance with Saga (yes, I am an old git - lol), has nearly doubled. Phoned and moaned, as you do, and they dropped the price to keep me, and ended up only paying the increased VAT for this year, based on last year's premium - result!
