a/c relay

Hi I am new to the Subaru world. I have a 2007 Forester 2.5 XT.

My aircon use to work very intermittently on a hot day but now has stopped all together. Fuse is not blown.

I am confused with the relays. According to the diagram I dont currently have a A/C relay installed?

Is this normal, which relay is used?
