Hi everyone. I'm new on here but have owned Subarus for the best part of 10 years now. I currently have an RB320 (my pride and joy) but need your help please!

Recently an engine management warning light came on the dashboard. I took it to the garage who said they had found the problem - a leaky vacuum valve. They took the bit off and said they would order another. Many weeks later I still haven't got it as they seem to be having difficulty describing the exact part they need to Subaru. Can anyone help from the photos below? I'd really appreciate some help. My apologies if I've posted this to the wrong bit of the forum.59c163f84463d_Subaruphoto1.jpg.070d5c5700a06049d16212de1b79599c.jpg

There should be a part reference number on the removed part.

Have you got any bigger/better pictures?

I have an RB320 so could try and look at mine and get part number, although my engine has been rebuilt by Cosworth.

Give import car parts a try, sorted everything I have needed for my classic so far

Are these photos any better? I will look tomorrow to see if I can find a number or take a better picture. The trouble is I don't know exactly what the garage took off the car, but I will pop round tomorrow to see if they have the part and see if that has a number. Nice to "meet" another RB320 owner and not that far away either
