Changing the fuel filter

My 2005 Rex has 76,000 miles on it and is running completely fine and dandy. I’m one for driveway mechanics and am contemplating changing the fuel filter. I have no idea if it has been done in the past and if so when.

Is it worth changing the fuel filter? And if so, how often should it be changed?

cheers

If you don't know when it was last changed it would definitely be worth doing, i think most folk including myself carry out service's every 5-6k miles and if you're planning on running higher than stock boost upgrade the spark plugs to heat range 7s ( i think they are ngk pfrb7) as they run a bit cooler and have a stronger spark which won't get blown out with the extra boost 👍👍
