As for the bonnet latch: I was recommended importcarparts.co.uk as a source of parts by others on here, they have a good range of parts for subaru's Alternatively you could have a look at Moffs posts/dm him on here, his site tmsmotorsport.co.uk and his ebay page has an ever changing list of parts, he may have something in stock. Failing that, scoobybits.co.uk near me may have something, they are on facebook as well, and are quick to respond to messages. Good luck, and welcome to the forum
