Weird Japan talking on start up.

Hi all. Just bought myself a JDM Legacy twin scroll, I've been wanting one for years and I'm totally in love with her. Anyway there is some girl shouting Japanese at me on start up. I've found where it's coming from but does anyone know what it does or what she says? It comes from this box. It will fit a bank card into it. Thanks.

Welcome to the club 👍, I've never seen  one of those before so sorry i can't be of any help but hopefully someone will know, have you tried google translate to see if that tells you what she saying haha 😂

Yeah tried that mate and it wouldn't quite pick it up on Google translate. Bummer ey.
