davidtraxler Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi everyone! I’ve just purchased an 05 outback 3.0R with FSH and 150k for what I hope was a good price! But now that I’ve got it, it needs an oil change and probably an ATF change looks a bit dark. I’d also like a mechanic to take a look over and make sure I’m not heading towards a disaster, especially as a P0028 code was thrown on my drive home yesterday 30miles down the motorway. Maybe drain it out and put in some top brand oil anyway. There are other things that is could be as shms says. See how you go and let us know. davidtraxler Posted June 15, 2018 Author Share Posted June 15, 2018 Thanks both, hoping the oil change sorts it. Found a local garage who is 'familiar' with Subarus so it's a start. The garage didn't do a thing to it, as it was a p/x to clear.
