hi. just bought a little 1500 hatchback. tbh it was an emergency buy after blowing up my volvo but I have taken to this little car. and have named him scrappy I find the auto box a bit clunky but havn't yet checked levels will do today. will be doing dings and bodywork next summer hope this Intro's me and scrappy to your club and look forward to checking in here for tips and advice. thanks for reading


Weclome on board! i used to have a 1500 hatch too (although i had a manual box) loved the lil beast (mine was called Yabba) and in all honesty it went places other cars couldnt go!

yeah. wierd really he's the first car i've ever named. (and i've had loads) so he must have something about him. I'm in danger of becoming a Scooby fan. especially with a hard winter on the way.  thanks for reply.

The car is plucky and surprised me a lot! it was the first scoob i owned, Went from that to a landrover and hated it by comparison. There is a lot to be said for Subarus AWD.

Wotcha and welcome - do you know if the auto fluid has been changed - should be done circa 50K also I had a clunky auto box and recently reset the ecu, smoothed it right out
