Sandals
Perhaps put the coil packs back on the wrong way around?

Mr B
coil packs breaking down and movement stresses finished couple of them off them off , visually check them for cracks (fairly common) Many times I had cop's or coil pack or ht leads failing after r&r doing other jobs and they failing on test run . customers never understand as they worked before 😕
hallsta
you could be on to something replaced 2 packs as they were cracked might aswell change the other 2 to be safe then check crankshaft and camshaft sensors to see if i've got voltage 🛠️ cheers
