I'm on my phone most of the time on my s3,i leave this one page on the forum and open other pages for other activities, my phone has given me the mobile version and it's a low Fi version of the web page, if you scroll to the top of the page there should be a box of little white squares, press that and bottom left you should see "new content" press that and any new posts since your last visit will then appear
