David Lane Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 Hi All, I have a 2010 Legacy 2.5i with 18inch wheels. I would like to buy a space saver spare wheel with tyre (not sure if I trust the tyre weld can of jollop!!). Does anyone know if the 5 stud fixings are the same for all 18inch wheels or are there different patterns for different models/years etc? Any help gratefully received - thanks in advance Regards David
Jay762 Posted April 11, 2021 Posted April 11, 2021 Check this site out to confirm but it looks like you have the 5 x 100 pcd https://www.wheel-size.com/size/subaru/legacy/2010/#trim-25i-gt-usdm-261
David Lane Posted April 11, 2021 Author Posted April 11, 2021 Hi Jay762, Thank you very much for your response, it's greatly appreciated. Yes, I've checked it out and you are correct, thank you. OK, great, I can now go in search of a space saver, safe in the knowledge that it'll fit. Kind regards David
Jay762 Posted April 11, 2021 Posted April 11, 2021 No problem - wrx's have the same PCD so that may help expand the search a bit
David Lane Posted April 11, 2021 Author Posted April 11, 2021 Yes, So I understand from looking at the site you directed me to. Seems there are a few manufacturers who use the same PCD Inc. VW. It's definitely allowed me to widen my search criteria so hopefully I can find something at a reasonable price. Once again, my thanks Regards David
Trawlerman Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 Hi David, I posted this in February and you may find it useful. Different PCD from yours but same principal ie go for a full-size spare if it will fit in the well in the cargo space. Space savers are more trouble than they are worth and the aerosol goo is an expensive joke!
David Lane Posted April 14, 2021 Author Posted April 14, 2021 Thank you ever so much for your response, much appreciated. Yup, gonna definitely try to get a full size spare Kind regards David
