Hi all 03 subaru forester.

Radiator top plastic  weeping  from the crimped metal teeth  is there a seal  to form a water tight seal can it be replaced  or is it new radiator..

Many thanks for any help given

New radiator will be sensible cost effective solution .
NRF Nissens or Denso sensible options.
NRF can be had silly cheap off eBay seller carpartsinmotion as regulars in eBay coupons so pretty easy wait for 15 or 20% off coupon code .

Pulling hair out now.  Got car to fire up keeps blowing no 11 fuse fuel pump.  Tryed disconnecting  fuel pump plug  sender plug  still blowing fuses  ruled out short.  Can only now be fuel pump relay.  Any other  ideas

you touch roughly or spill water on anything when done the radiator !

Pulling plug at tank only eliminates pump, harness could be shorting, check relay/fuse box and try split circuit down and don't overlook visual inspection ability to find likely area of fault .

Give up on it for now. Played about with it 6hrs today  no further forward.  Think something is shorting out between ignition barrel  fuse box  fuse now blowes  on second click of barrel. On holiday sat going away.  Can wait now to after hols.  Get auto elec people out

Seems strange it started doing it after changing the rad 🤔

There's only really the radiator fan wires /plugs that you'd need to disturb . Are they plugged in correctly and clipped back away from the headers ?

Does the pump prime or just blow the fuse as soon as you turn the key to stage 1 ?

If you have a multimeter you could google for a ECU pin out for your model   Then do a few ECU pin voltage checks and check the harness between ECU /relay /harness and pump .
