I'm looking at buying a Subaru Outback H 3.6 4th Gen car, or maybe a an updated Tribeca as one is for sale at the moment, First time Subaru owner but I usually drive Japanese cars so I'm hoping the Outback will be a good combination of a big load area and a sweet 6 cylinder engine. Tony Hals Posted February 20, 2022 Share Posted February 20, 2022 Having owned Subaru's since 1989, out of all the models, I fell in love with the Outback 3 litre. A wonderful creamy engine and a joy to drive. Upgraded to a spanking new Diesel Forester and disliked the diesel engine, but stayed with a Forester (Petrol, currently have two ) but really miss the 6 cylinders.
