Good-day folks, new to Subaru with a XV. I have a problem with the remote locking, press the lock button, alarm goes off, press unlock alarm stops. I have two keys and both work the same, query do they need to be re-aligned with the controller and can I do it or does it have to go to a dealer?

welcome afraid i cant really help with the alarm fault, buyt might be worth speaking to the deal and see what they say.
