Hi I’ve a suberu Impreza wrx sti 2012. The key fob won’t unlock car, battery replaced recently. I’m guessing the car battery is dead as not driven for a week. I know I can unlock car manually using key but the alarm will go off and if I remember rightly I couldn’t turn it off last time this happened.

any suggestions please!

Have to say im not sure what alarm is fitted to the newer ones. It used to have a number panel you could bind keys and such to.
