Rear sway bar replacement

Hi all,

this may sound strange, but my family is complaining that highway driving in the outback isn’t that pleasant in the rear seats. That made me think about a YouTube video I saw about replacing the rear sway bar (I think it’s a 16mm) with a thicker one. 
 

does anybody have any experience with it for a ‘19 outback?
