Can I fit a dash cam under/ near the rear view mirror, central windscreen. Will it have a negative impact on the cars eyesight cameras?

I know this is an old post but thought I'd reply as it might help someone in the future.

Yes, you can tuck the wires above the cameras in the headlining. The push up much further than the cameras so no issues. I used a hardwire kit and have front and rear cameras and haven't had any issues at all.

The only thing I wasn't able to find was a permanent live as even with multimeter, when tapped they just didnt work!
