How’s it going, recently bought an 2006 Impreza RX estate (2.0 manual) as my first car, so naturally thought I’d post here.

I know the usual stuff (rust spots on wheel arches, engine bay - which this car has none) anything else that people can tell me about these belters? Not too fast, but an amazing car to drive.

i have recently noticed a pin-sized bit of rust on the offside back door , is this anything to worry about and is there anything I should do to combat that before it grows? Everything else is in great condition (other than brakes)

tbh if you take away the turbo they are pretty bullet proof. could see about getting it smart repaired or if your not that bothered justa  touch up pot/pen.

I find the standard brakes are pretty pish except the sti brembo ones.
