Has anybody fitted a discarnect battery isolator to the scooby.  They seem to me as a great little extra security bit, but my problem is this - do they affect the running of the factory sigma alarm??

as the alarm is supposed to be a low current current drain it should not affect the working of the alarm itself - it may affect the siren on activation as this will draw more current

I've not done it myself. But as Jay has said should work fine but might effect the siren, if you do it have to let us know though ;) 

Thinking about this overnight - you could run a separate wire with fuse to supply the siren in the same way you would do with a high power horn and have it activated via a relay triggered by the alarm (if it is not already set up like this anyway)
