the subarus on the first page are in satin, ive only done 1 or 2 in matt or gloss so will have to see if I took any pics

    If you was to supply the parts I would happily do this for you. I've seen the kits and they come with a mounting part on the back that screws in. I think they use a different bulb called mini h1s. I

Ah my bad bit of confusion, I was on about when you tint the rear lights do they go glossy haha oops

Haha yes very shiny. I rub them flat and spray a lacquer over the top. I don't use savage tint spray which makes them cloudy

It does look that way doesnt it - You're the other side of the Pennines to Gem, might have been a bit of a shock for her :D

 

This forum is a comparatively new one to many which is great in one respect as you dont get overwhelmed but there can be lulls in the conversations / rambling

Its easy, did mine in about 3 hours, definitely not as scary as I first thought it would be. They'd be back on the car already but I'm hoping my new silver bulbs come tomorrow tho I do have orange ones if i really need/want to drive it

Well my new smoked headlights have arrived for my bug, so I deffo need the rears doing, could do with someone closer to me.

Gem just get some tint spray off ebay and do them honestly its easy ive done all my mates cars takes about 1hr tops.

If I get some of the folitech spray do I need any lacquer for them too.
