Jay762
I would go for the bailey - they wont do any damage but some cars don't like dump valves so dont run as well. The HKS looks like it needs a good service anyway so that would mean more money - also I cannot tell from the pictures if it is genuine or not so I would avoid
Jonny b
Yeh as above don't buy a cheap hks!! Mine was £260 ɑnd ιs genuine very nice bit of kit! But I wouldn't trust one for that money!
Gaulson
I run a Bailey and its decent, good sound and yeah it wont do any damage :)

Jay762
they keep the turbo spinning on gear changes so there is overall less opposing pressure forces acting on the turbo - which is a good thing. you wont get a genuine brand new HKS for 30 quid thread on how to tell http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/5234-hks-ssqv-dump-valve-real-or-fake/
Jonny b
There ιs no way that ιs a genuine hks bud!!

Jay762
Its not my money but I would avoid - the photos are not too clear but the badges don't look right to me - there is one which looks genuine with a few more marks and that is on eBay starting at £100 - You have got yourself a sorted motor if you really want the HKS it is worth saving for. forge do valves which are great quality and not as expensive as the HKS but comparable to the Bailey option as an alternative http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?cat=220201&catalog=220201DV&inc=product http://www.baileyshop.co.uk/subaru-impreza-version-7-8-01-07-bailey-dump-valve-83-p.asp
