Hi I have just purchased a Subaru Forester S Turbo, it's just had a new clutch fitted and now I find that it is jumping out of reverse do I now have a gearbox problem or could it be to do with the new clutch that has been fitted?

hi mate welcome to the site ;) i'm not too sure what is (if anything) wrong with the gearbox but i'm sure that there will be someone along soon enough that will be able to help :)

I'd say it's probably a gearbox selector issue, does it go into gear and pop out when you start to move or just pop straght away ?

Thanks for that no what happens is when I start to reverse up a slight incline and put a bit of stress on the gear that is when it pops out.
