Which oil?

Morning all, I'm new to the Subaru scene so here's dunce question number one......

What's the best oil to put in a turbo 2000 running 342bhp?

Might it need something in particular or will OE suffice?

I've not had a properly modified car before and I don't intend on destroying the engine just yet :)
