looks like they are going down the pay per mile route with the black box idea.

Best thing everyone who has a car could do, would be to refuse the black box. I know when I was looking at quote's I came across one insurance company that wanted to put a black box in my car. And they can see everything, where you drive, what speed's you do, what time's you drive, how many mile's you do it was capped to 5k mile's a year, after that you had to pay like a top up.
