Been a long time Subaru fan - strted with the old Justy with the 2WD/4WD switch on the gear knob, upped to an Estate with the pneumatic 2 level suspension, had a flirtation with a Kia Sportage which didn't go well, had a couple of Foresters, then moved back into the city and the Forester wasn't exactly frugal driving around town so moved to a Fiat 500. That was fun for a while, I really quite liked it (and my bank balance certainly did!) but now I've inherited grandkids and a need to go camping again! Test drove the Legacy - my first diesel Soobie and just fell in love all over again. And I can even justify it as the fuel consumption is so much better but still got that oomph and amazing road-holding :-) And the partner loves it too - especially the heated seats! LOL
