That's what's putting me off I don't want it to be raspy, so you saying you had the afterburner backbox and unsilenced mid pipe and it was still a nice deep sound.

Hello guy's just a quick question ,as the title says,has anyone got this combination,I have an 06 2.0 WRX with the scoobyworld vortex backbox but the rest is standard,I love the sound as is, I've noticed the midpipe doesn't look too clever so was looking to replace it with the vortex mid pipe,my question is , does the unresonated mid section drastically change the nice deep burble I currently have I've tried listening online and it appears to be more raspy is this correct, I don't mind more noise but I don't wanna lose the deeper sound,and the resonated mid pipe is a lot more expensive. Thanks for that, although living in the back and beyond as I do I doubt there's any decent tuners around here anyhow, probably be while before I do it as it's definitely fast enough at the minute,also can you remap them to run on 97 Ron fuel as that's the best we can get around here..

Hi guys being the relatively new owner of a quite rare 06 Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0 ?,I was wondering what subtle mods I could do,I was thinking of a remap but the car has done 103k miles wth FSH , would it put a lot of strain on the engine as I definitely don't want a rebuild!, I have just put on a vortex afterburner backbox that sounds good.cheers Neil

Update. Alternator reading as should, 14v, not done it since that day. So maybe loose connection as you say

Hi guys just a quick question I have an 06 WRX, today I noticed the handbrake light and battery light coming on when I accelerate quite hard, anyone any ideas my first thought was the alternator was on its way out, am I correct in thinking this (the brake fluid is fine) Thanks

Hi guys, some nice person decided to etch there names down the side of my silver 06 WRX I've had for three weeks! The quote to fix it is too expensive for me so I was wondering about getting them smoothed off and applying maybe a vinyl graphic,I was just wondering if anyone has any on there's for a few ideas what would look ok Cheers

Unfortunately no I don't that's 35 miles away,I only have 97 fuel ,in the long term is it gonna Cause damage.

Hi there, I'm a new owner of a WRX 06 2.0,and I can't get any fuel above 97ron anywhere near me ,as it states on the fuel filler cap that only 98ron should be used I was wondering what you guys would recommend as the best octane booster , the car has done 102k miles and runs sweet so want to keep it up.any advice would be appreciated Thanks
