  1. The car was imported and registered on 01/08/2018. It is a 2005 model and the current number plate will be changed over once a sale has been agreed. With the challenges that importers currently face with delays and the price of these cars varying across the market, you will not be disappointed with this example. The car is a 2005 Legacy GT Spec B Twinscroll Manual 5 speed 280 BHP and comes with x2 keys and remote engine start. When imported, it had 106000KM and currently it is sitting on 128000KM and will rise slowly. I have not converted the speedo to UK Miles. The car was also lowered with Pink STI springs from Japan. Bodywork is fine with the usual age-related marks but it is not a show car! and not a rust bucket! It has the usual features, 18-inch alloy wheels Aircon Electric windows Electric mirrors and folding Electric drivers side seat Headunit has a 6 disc CD changer, Minidisc player and Radio which has been changed to a single din DAB radio with Bluetooth etc and the JDM sat nav - removed and replaced with storage space/holder. I had the following work completed back in 2018. Grooved and dimpled discs all round EBC yellow pads Goodridge Braided lines Full service, oils, filters and plugs Timing belt and water pump Some bushes were changed to PowerFlex x4 Hankook tires (Only a couple 1000 miles put on them) MOT due August 2022 The car has been flawless and smooth on long journeys but time to move on. A remap completed in Feb 2021. De-limited! Results achieved were 326bhp/312Lbft. The following mods were completed - Walbro 255 fuel pump - Blitz Nur-spec back boxes mated to turbo-back Hayward and Scott exhaust system IMPREZA STI seats fitted 19inch 5 spoke G Grams alloys with Pirelli P Zero tires. (Only a couple of hundred miles put on them) YSR coilovers (Only a couple of hundred miles put on them) Serviced annually and last serviced in Feb 2022 annual service completed Oil - Comma 5w30 Oil filter Coolant Brake fluild 5.1 DOT Comma Included in this price (As I can not be bothered to sell them privately) - Impreza 17inch WRX STI alloys refurbed (No Tyres) - Original Legacy Electric seats - Original audio equipment - Original Legacy 18inch alloys - Original exhaust system with CAT(You can keep or sell worth at least £500+) - Original Bilstein suspension with Pink STI springs (Rear drivers side strut bush will need replacing if you want to return to standard suspension) £8995 Takes it all.......... https://www.gumtree.com/p/subaru/subaru-legacy-estate-2005-manual-1994-cc-5-doors/1432148016 For pics! or PM me for more pics
  2. Are you set on the H6? Would you consider the Twinscroll?
  3. Cheers yesterday afternoon all I could hear was my phone going bonkers with notifications and this spammer ranking up ahead of me!!!!
  4. Who is admin? Is something being done with the spamming of posts in this forum????
  5. Once upon time I bought the Blob eye version and the steel arm on the front passenger side had rusted through and snapped! Had the pair replaced with alloy arms. The sub frame was also replaced as it had rusted through too. Not sure if it's the same on a Hawkeye but worth checking the underneath on a ramp if possible. The rest of the checks are no different to buying any other car, HPI checks, has the servicing been done on time and when is or was the belt due/done!@
  6. Guys there's a queue.......... Sent from my VTR-L29 using Tapatalk
  7. I'm already on my way, better not be a queue there! Sent from my VTR-L29 using Tapatalk
  8. Had my Spec B imported 2 years ago and it's never been under sealed. Not fussed but also I've only covered around 10k since registering it. Driven mainly on weekends and ain't driven it in snow other than a muddy field on a camping trip. Once I got back it was thoroughly jet washed around the arches. Depending on what under seal you use, it may hide the visual surface rusty areas but also it could seal in any moisture that is not visible. Depends what car you importing and how long you intend to keep it. Sent from my VTR-L29 using Tapatalk
  9. You mentioned in previous post fitting a Turbo! Looking to turbo your motor, sounds like a. Exciting project, be keen to hear more about that as you progress. Sent from my VTR-L29 using Tapatalk
  10. Anything near London are always quite expensive from what I've searched for. £500 sounds perfect, is your Legacy a Twinscroll? Sent from my VTR-L29 using Tapatalk
  11. Have you tried speaking to ICP - Import Car Parts https://www.importcarparts.co.uk/
  12. Best to take it back to the where you bought it and request they look into repairing this under warranty! Once completed for peace of mind and to cover yourself for any future issues take it to your independent local mechanic for a once over check to ensure that the problem is not connected to anything else. From a mechanical point of view I wouldn't be able to advise/comment any further but it could be something as simple as a thermosat or something else.
  13. Been following a couple of Subaru breakers on Facebook but none in the colour I want. May have get one and get it sprayed up! Sent from my VTR-L29 using Tapatalk
  14. Hi Steve, Did you manage to find out if a 09 plate tailgate fit your 55 plate? I'm interested too as my rear trim cracked!
