  1. Oh hell ya :D Splitter was the first thing I noticed ;) I know the high spoiler was an extra option on them and wasn't new but a much needed extra for me, I like the spoilers don't look the same without them. Sorry america one thing I will never agree with your subaru community :D
  2. I take it you're not a fan of windows 8 I like it better than the crap windows vista 7 was a good I liked it but my PC died and along went my windows 7 with it. I don't built my own PC so much now as it's easier to just buy one with a built in operating system not a fan of apple products but I think I'll need to get one with my new course if I pass. But back to Windows 8 I think it was the learning curve of it that got to people. I can use mine now like any other and navigate around it easy enough, the start menu is kind of still there if you right click the windows icon that replaced the start menu. But as I said before I have to have My Computer shortcut on the desktop for ease.
  3. I like the Evo sports pro gauges myself but I'm a sucker for anything that flashes at me :D I mean lights up.
  4. You're welcome mate feel free to jump in on the rest of the forum great bunch on here all friendly. :)
  5. cheapest I was given £380 but I drive more than one car. Think it's about £580 I pay now without getting paperwork out I'm not 100% I did go on a compare site and had a quote for about £1200 lol I was like get the !Removed! out of here. Never liked compare sites anyway.
  6. Mines not much less I can get it cheaper but I like my insurance company :) They did say to me they don't really insure my type of cars as it's classed as a sports car. But they still do it and I can walk in and moan at them if I want :)
  7. Boots isn't far away either might be worth chatting with him if you go :)
  8. I'd get a heat gun or a hair dryer to peel it off. use a bit of petrol to clean any left over glue. Or sticky stuff remover can be bought from halfords using you discount card ;) Not seen Jonnyb on for awhile :(
  9. Been and done that hopefully get a few others doing it too :)
  10. I guess we forget now being a bit older how hard it is being a young driver today. I remember having an Escort GTI and paying £780 ad think that was a lot :( But in today money I'd say still not as much as your's but was a lot.
  11. She is a stunner I would say I like that more than the hatch. I think it was the fact it looked like the Subaru had got fat with that model to me but that just looks spot on like it's been on roids to the others. Maybe it's the black that helps make it look a bit more mean and sporty but I do like that.
  12. Well I'll let you in on a secret I have a new item coming for the bugeye hopefully tomorrow. Even though I'm still going to do the Hawkeye conversion I bought a new front bumper just temporarily just because it has a crack and a scuff. :) I need to sort my morretes out again too. But job for another day that :) Well depend on which way you go to Boston welcome to stop and have a coffee or a cuppa. This is what I bought temperley. The bumper and fog covers.
  13. Doesn't look bad at all that mate for low light.
  14. Yep thats my biggest issue I even had to make a shortcut for My Computer I'd be lost without that on my desktop I can't even remember how I did it lol.
  15. I'm not surprised entering something with STI.... Sorry I'll get my coat
  16. Haha mission for the weekend then is it :D
  17. I'm not saying this to be nice. But I will honestly say I think thats the best 2013 model I've ever seen it looks great. It was my least favorite of the newer models but I really do like that. I think I need to rethink what I like and don't now :D
  18. Hi sorry for the late welcome you must have slipped past :) And as Dan says worth having words with them. :)
  19. That is true also ;) Or wait see get one cheaper but depends on how badly you want it sorting. But if you're like me and want Christmas tomorrow you have no chance and is pointless convincing you otherwise Haha
  20. I know easier ways to catch birds :D
  21. No problem mate it's what we're all here for to share knowledge. Not that I have much I learn from the likes of MrB and Tlag Savage still :D but we never stop learning I guess. And as for costing I've not sent the bill out yet ;) But I can be easily bribed with a Fredo Haha Well let us know how you get on hopefully easy fixes :)
  22. Wow you're now the highest I have ever seen anyone paying for insurance :o I thought my brother was off his head after he pranged his skyline twice and was paying £2800. But fair play to you mate only live once and can't take it with ya ;)
  23. Yeah you see I'd have thought £70 but I have seen them go for more. I'd say depends how desperate are you it's drivable distance and a good excuse to go for a drive ;)
  24. Won't be the 1st time I sometimes hump them like a dog on heat ;)
