  1. Cambelt will be done by martin so unless he wants to sit and do it at a meet I can't see why I can't be there lol. But I will pop over once the 1st lists done the belts only just due but they tyres and the knackered hub chewing bearings up and the stuck piston on the brake caliper puts me off wanting to go anywhere far at the minute and I don't see the point in getting any of it fixed until I can do it all in one go at the same time with the tracking needing doing :)
  2. Nice one mate sounds good to me and I do hope the weathers good too. Not long now :D Not trying to hijack this thread but for anyone going to both events 2nd one is ready to pay for can use my sig has a direct link. I'm also trying to get some flyers done now as we speak if anyone wants to print some off to hand out hopefully be able to get them posted on here tonight so you can use them if you want. I should have got on with this long before now really.
  3. Was the Maf new mate seems strange that changing that has made it worse. Would, make me want to look closer to the maf and the intake pipes a bit more for damage or splits. Have you pulled the Maf plug off while the engine is running ? it should stall out if it doesn't sure sign it's dead. I had the same problem when I bought a 2nd hand one from a breakers it was toast they don't take much to brake. and if you're cone induction kit was an oiled based one I would almost put money on it that being what killed the 2nd MAF
  4. 4k to 4k and half revs let the clutch out floor the money pedal and hang on ;) But it will kill the clutch quick :D
  5. If you are going remember to check my sig or the 1st page to sign up and pay to be on the club stand :)
  6. Oh the Loop i !Removed! hate leeds for that :) And I agree but she did look blonde and fit ;)
  7. I will keep looking and if any of the other members see's a bargain up for grabs link it here ;)
  8. Oh once I've done that list Cambelt will be next so I think it will be popping at some point for a cuppa next to your's :D
  9. Well durrrh isn't it obvious :D No I still not heard anything about this money I'm waiting for to get a new hub bearing Cv joint four new tyres front brake calipers and disc and pads all around as well as tracking and my Tax next month, and if I can I might aswell get some braided front hoses :D but Steve has posted it on our Facebook wall not sure if anyone has seen it.
  10. No not heard of them until now just having a look at them.
  11. Added that to the list too Tlag Cheers mate might as well try build one up seems to always be this time a year get a few of these problems coming on :D
  12. Cheers mate. You had any luck with finding a new one yet ?
  13. I would have thought you would have needed to have it mapped.
  14. Hi mate sounds exactly like the MAF again to me Did you buy it new ? But from what people have changed before in the past or has caused the same problems Low 95 Ron Fuel Cone filter (killing the Maf Sensor if it's oiled) Dump valve (some subaru engines just don't like them) Spark Plugs ( Wrong gaps would cause it too) IAC (Idle Air Control Valve) TPS (throttle position sensor) Split pipes/vacuum hoses or loose (check them with some warm soapy water with a water sprayer) throttle body ( Gets gunked up, just needs a clean) 02 Sensor/Lambda Sensor Thats all I can think of at the minute mate I would maybe look at the plugs check that its the right gap. I would always start with the cheaper options 1st have you checked at all for any codes and cleared them from the bad maf before ? Oh and welcome to S.O.C feel free to have a look around and join in good bunch of Ladies and Gentlemen if you can call-em that on here ;)
  15. intrested to see what the nighvison looks like amazing how cheap they are though.
  16. Scooby Pete will be happy they have an area for him to play in ;) There is plenty to keep the kids entertained at Japfest. Small bouncy castles are free, the Bucking Broncos, Bungee Run and Mega Slide are £3 each or 2 for £5. Japfest is a great family day out! http://www.japfest.co.uk/2014/01/01/keep-the-kids-entertained/#ixzz30SJLL691
  17. Without seeing any pictures of the condition colour and not knowing if its in Miles of Kilometers I would guess at around £1000 maybe a little more depending on other stuff like service history and so on. But could be looking as low as £850 if it's a bit rough around the edges.
  18. It's not me that will be sending the tickets out like with Japfest one they will all be sent out 1st classed sign for but the Admin/owner of the club will get the full pack and then send them out to the right people. So I can only get them posted on the forum for people to print off themselves really. But also doing some mini like Business cards that members can also print off if they wish to put under the wiper blades of other Subarus just for a bit of fun. Did this in my last club and was pretty good had a few people come on and appreciate the thought :D
  19. Cool got there eventually trying to get some flyers done to so people can print off if they wish so people can pick some up at both events be later tonight though. I should have sorted this out before I didn't realize the 1st Japfest was this weekend how time flies :)
  20. Yeah that was before the changed the price I forgot to update that :D And the form doesn't need the names of any passengers it's to pay for the ticket for the car and guests to go who you take is up to you. once the club pack is sent now weather they have a form to fill in there I'm not 100% sure.
  21. Yes mate it's 4 per car I think it says on the 1st post but says on the main website. Why whats up ?
