Hi - new bugeye wrx wagon owner from North London
Hi mate welcome to S.O.C Car sounds clean and great to me. Other than checking the service history to see if it's had regular oil changes you can normally tell if t's been abused or not looked after. But unless you have been having a problem would be hard to tell I guess. But anyway we like to see pictures if you want to share any :) And please feel free to have a look around the forums and join in all good people on here :D

The full kit is not just a belt change it's Tensioner Bearing, idler's it's best to do them all at the same time as if one of them goes after the belts been done can course damage but means you would need to have the belt changed again anyway to repair, if it was 45k I'd have said should be fine but at 60k most people I know would have the full kit done inc myself :)

Crack ....... Anyone for crack
I figured you wouldn't ask if the car was to old. But I'd maybe run it you don't have to floor it with it in all the time just make sure it's warmed up enough and you cool it don't be flat out for along period unless you want to kill it :D

HID light upgrade
Sorry I can't help either I've not done it only changed the headlights to after market. Bug has morretes and the blobeye is an aftermarket set off fleebay with LED side lights. never done a full HID conversion . I did read a little bit but like Jay said about the MOT I gave up on the idea as I didn't know enough and had other thing's in the to do pipeline at the time :D

06 Forester STi front lip spoiler?
Carbon fibre by the looks of it then or wrapped to look like it is. 2nd one I would say they have bought one for an Impreza and a body shops fitted it. but will have a better look today :)

Potential New Purchase
1st thing I would do then is think about a cambelt change and a service to be safe, well least an oil change. But would double check the cambelt 1st you never know. But it is due at 60k maybe why they sold it on. should be around the £300 mark for a full kit and fitting. I don't know anyone that way on or anyone on here that is a Subaru specialist though :( Sounds ok I know I do my own servicing so doesn't get a full stamp as such just written down. But I'm thinking of keeping the car until the engine drops out :D or I make the jump to a 2006 hawkeye not sure what to do myself ;) But the forum has some fantastic members all friendly once you get to know them anyway :D And looking at events being sorted now for the year. Well once new year is out the way ;)

06 Forester STi front lip spoiler?
Front splitter I call them but can be called valance, lips, spoilers, I've seen some nice Foresters with them on. I think you would need to get a Subaru Impreza or a Legacy one and have it fitted but could be wrong I will do some searching 1st I did see this not sure how well it works but might give the look you want with less cost http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUBARU-FRONT-BUMPER-CHIN-SPOILER-VALANCE-SPLITTER-LIP-BODY-AIR-DAM-WING-/321200625932?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AForester&hash=item4ac90c990c
