Hello mate welcome to S.O.C And as jay said love to see some pictures. And I also agree Adam Bips have some really nice Legacy's not to try add any pressure on you ;)
  2. And the movie quote is from Point break :)
  3. Oh like that. Last time I went my Missus ended up pleasuring several men when when we went dogging last. They all watched intently for ages with big smiles on their faces,as she tried to park the car.
  4. Young dumb and full of !Removed! <<< What movie ? :D Yeah I often walk the dog ;)
  5. Arrh a fellow dogger then ;)
  6. I'm shocked you haven't already I would have thought being one of your mates would have fitted right in here :)
  7. I think you should be getting this Silent Assassin on the forums ;)
  8. Sound's like a project thread in the making ;)
  9. If it sounds like the video I posted it's well gone. Like Jays said either a rebuild or swap mate :(
  10. I can only think of two cars I have ever owned and maybe got my money back. Money pits but I can't help myself I just keep spending :D
  11. I would say it's as close as what Tim said :)
  12. I couldn't hear much from the video so was guessing :)
  13. I could see all the other rooms just nothing in that one when signed out :( Will email Steve tomorrow I want to get a couple of other rooms sorted like a how to room just for guides, and the nerd room :D
  14. No problem at all mate. And hope it all goes well I'm sure it will be fine, and we are all here to help if you need some more advice. I just think everyone's all gone to the pub tonight and not invited me bit quiet on here :) But keep us posted on how it goes may help others if they have a problem.
  15. Just signed out and can't see anything in it :( so not fixed yet :D
  16. :( I know see loads being broken now a days sad times Just let you know we are having problems with this thread so will move it all to the Subaru For Sale section :)
  17. for some reason us Mods can see the posts for what I've guessed it's the members with less then 500 posts couldn't see them at all :( Mind you I guess if I sign out and have a look might work ;)
  18. Said this many times before it would be a risk it's like buying another car you don't know how badly the engine was treated. But yes might be a bit cheaper say £600 for a 2nd hand one P&P I would say be £50+ and £200+ for fitting maybe if you know someone. But then it could go again at least if you have had it done and you let it warm up before giving it a boost and cool down and treat her with good service when it needs it, it should last ages. But I understand it's not a cheap repair either :( But I would for my own peace of mind try get it repaired. :)
  19. I find this the best way to show people what it is this. I wouldn't drive it at all until it's fixed and when getting it towed make sure all four wheels are off the ground i.e on a flatbed truck. And you can't really say what damage it would have done until it's all out :( Hopefully you wasn't giving it any big licks when it went
  20. If you are looking for or want to sell any parts can you please not use the parts for sales section at this time, and place them in the Subarus for Sale section many thanks.
  21. Sorry to hear mate :( I hate people that sell on cars with known faults but I guess if it's bigends you never really know when they will go. I'm guessing bigends gone 2nd time I've said that today, but unsure on both depends on what need's doing to repair it but as a guess around £1.200 mark :( so not an ideal cost this close to christmas :( Does it sound like this ?
  22. Nice car shame to see it getting broken :( But hopefully some of the classic owners here could benefit from the parts :D
  23. Hi Mike welcome to S.O.C And good choice with the Outback for the sounds of what you need :) And Fantastic 1st post, please feel free to have a look around the forum great bunch on here, not many Outback owners here though :( But hopefully with a few more of you be able to get it bigger :D
  24. I couldn't really tell that much from the video to be honest I had to turn everything up full just about volume wise but the parts I could hear sounded like it. Might be a timing belt tensioner thats gone bad should be able to hear it better from under it .
