  1. Well this is how bad it's been for me I've gone for shorts the past 2 days it's rained. Today thought nope not catching me out today went with jeans...... And now it's so dam hot the suns out :D so hopefully you will be more lucky then me :)
  2. Both look nice. And I'm a big fan of the hawkeye even if I don't own one as of yet :D
  3. Hi Terry Tibbs ;) I've not really used them but have been looking at these for awhile now. I have it on my maybe to do list on page 5 after my to do list :) only thing I really found was people have said even the cheapish ones worked well but the better makes feel better so don't really think you can go wrong with any choice. But that's just from what I seen :)
  4. I'm not sure what it is like on the non Turbo but I know most of them you buy come with a bit of pipe so you can put the MAFS into it and then the cone goes on As you might be able to see on this picture/link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/K-N-57i-Induction-Kit-57-0626-for-Subaru-Impreza-/300701506787?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Car+Make%3ASubaru&hash=item460334dce3
  5. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C And I can relate to the Evo thing too. It's not until you drive a Scooby that you soon feel the love :)
  6. XR3i now that brings back memories. My mates dad had a G reg one that was chipped he used to let us take it out on our own when we was 14. He used to say if you get stopped just say we stole the key and he wouldn't press charges. Now when I think back I think he hated his son :D
  7. Yes I share this problem with you too ;)
  8. Yep but it's not water proof. And unfortunately it doesn't multiply like Gizmo did from the Gremlins the ink just runs :) I agree, still Steve had to have Colonel Gaddafi killed for the gold AK-47 so he could melt it down to resell on for the printer ink :)
  9. Wow is a stunner I can see some man size Kleenex being needed when that gets taken off down the street after the sale :) And best of luck from me also.
  10. Nice one mate least it's done now. Even if it does mean you are going to have to beat some tramps up at midnight to fight them off the last bit of pizza some Pi$$ heads dropped on his way home ;)
  11. Oh ok we have a sales section on here you can use to advertise it. I was looking at some members pictures and see we do have a classic Subaru collector by the looks of it. who has some really old cars :) and look well looked after by the pictures. So you never know again add some pictures should help. If you are stuck adding the pictures just ask happy to help :)
  12. You scored 80.7%. Well done! Your chances of surviving a zombie apocalypse are better than average! Don't get too cocky, though. Remember, the undead never sleep...
  13. Hi Chris welcome to S.O.C I'm sorry I might be reading the post wrong, and it's been one of those days too :( But is the car damaged or you are going to damage it I'm not to sure what you are wanting to know are you wanting to buy the car for yourself ? :D Or looking to see if any collectors on here would be interested :)
  14. Good stuff just need some pictures posting up now :D
  15. I would have it mapped anyway I had a full engine rebuild and some extras added about 58k miles ago now, it was mapped to 360bhp but when fuel prices got silly I went and got it remapped again to 300BHP Not that I've seen a great deal of difference mind :D
  16. Yep Will say thanks too some great information. Only down side is it's now got me looking at fuel pumps and other parts for the car :D
  17. Sounds a bit like me most of the time I can get the job done after launching my tools across the garden and screaming profanity words at the car. But the engine rebuild I Don't have the tools or the guts to even try :D
  18. Getting sea sick just driving to town and back :D Defo looks better for having them replaced for road use anyway.
  19. World wide panic followed by floods and starvation by many. The Governments all over the world would need to rise taxes making the worlds problems even worse. Which would then in return start wars over the globe as everyone starts to battle for survival. Later resulting in a Zombie apocalypse
  20. Hi mate Welcome to the forums Funny enough we was all talking about old car's not to long ago and Capri was one of them :D Well if you can chance feel free to share pictures of both car's I love a bit of nostalgia ;)
  21. I like the sound of it but heard a few people moaning about the carbon effect on the spoilers. That could be because it was a poor job or cheap vinyl I guess. I would also tint the windows, but I like tinted windows :D My old car that was silver I thought looked great with it too. But anyway I think it would look smart with it being done. But if I was my car I think I would have it colour coded :)
  22. That would be great mate thank you. I do like them posts. It's like watching a child being born ;) As for finding the history on an import I really couldn't tell you, I've only ever had UK cars :( But hopefully there might be away to get the info without to much hassle
  23. I bet you can they do look like they would sway over when going around a corner with the OEM springs on :)
