I always thought it was welded on but could be wrong. But I agree with you better to take it off I hate to see them. But I do hate caravans so if I see a tow bar I do just automatically think you would be the type of person that gets a plastic glove on before you put any petrol in the car :D

I blame the insurance companies and Tax for this. :( And think it's a real shame Subaru pulled the car from our roads but don't blame them either. Cost of fuel is to high I even remapped my car down 60BHP to help with this (Yes I hate myself for it too :( ) road tax then with insurance on top killed the sales over here I think. But a nice looking !Removed! all the same ;) -

It's safe to say it will look loads better once its all done and by what I've seen so far not take to long :) and you say you struggle for time :) Friend or not I would have to say I need to finish mine, but good call on his part with the mud flaps. I do like my flaps God you lot have dirty minds pfft :P

Hi mate welcome to S.O.C I'm also a member of that site too but don't use it that much anymore :( Not as friendly place as I would have liked think I made 35 posts and didn't like what I see from other people who use that site.I'm not trying to slag the site of the Admin is a nice guy, and met a few friends from there. But I will leave it at that :D

Sorry to hear that mate. Real shame i know how much work you had put into the car :( I would put an add on here. But I hate to say it ebay is always one of the best ways for a quick sale :( Then Gumtree, Pistonheads Auto trader. What car you looking at when you get back ? And Good luck for when you are out at sea I know I wouldn't have the guts for it :D I live near a fishing port and seen my Grandfathers videos when he was at sea.. Not a chance ;) -
