  1. Nothing to be jealous of mate. All the Impreza's are a great car to drive, and that is what the cars are all about, and why I keep coming back.
  2. No engine internals are upgraded on the RB320 as basically it is the Subaru approved Prodrive kit fitted to the STI
  3. The parts fitted to the RB320 came to around £6K if bought separately, but Subaru only asked and extra £3K over the STI for the car. That and the fact they were a limited run made sure they sold out fast.
  4. Thats just the front grill kit that comes as standard on the RB320. I may be corrected here but I think that only 320 RB320's were made, which if correct makes it pretty rare.
  5. FMIC? Anyway the main differences between the STI and the RB320 are: Upgraded suspension, blistein (I think thats how you spell it) shocks, and 30mm lower springs on the rear and 10mm on the front. Limited rear differential. Prodrive Performance Pack (320BHP) Prodrive 18" wheels. Prodrive front splitter and grills Quick Shift Gear Change Linkage All RB320's are black as standard also.
  6. Thanks guys. I could do nothing but laugh as I put the foot down and remembered how good these cars are. I have got to say that although the ride is firmer, it is also a lot better dampened with the shocks fitted to the RB320, and rides over bumps a hell of a lot better. The STI's I had before were standard, so having the extra 40bhp really was noticable after a year away from the Subaru.
  7. I'll post some decent pics tomorrow during daylight hours.
  8. Finally it's here. Just back from picking it up so sorry about the poor pics. And the old car.
  9. I'm looking forward to putting the pictures up, so you lot don't think I'm pulling a fast 1 :)
  10. Woohoo looks like I might actually get my car this weekend at long last :)
  11. Your about 10 minutes from me then
  12. I'm now up towards Aberdeen with work in the last 6 months, but originally from south of Glasgow, towards the Scottish Borders. Must admit the roads are better back down the way.
  13. Pics of the car will be posted as soon as I get to pick the car up. I'll post a pic of my old car getting chopped in for it.
  14. Lol. I'm sure the rears are already done, but I'll get the fronts slightly tinted to blend well with the rears. Luckily I have another runaround to stick the young 1 in and he can make as much mess as he likes in that. This car is for pleasure only (though not dogging ;))
