  1. Tell you what, there are not many people like that in the world these days. One day I shall return the favour :)
  2. Mine was giving me the come to bed eyes so I took her out for a drive :D
  3. Just wondering if people could offer advice and point me in the direction of parts for dressing up my engine bay :) . I want to get my engine bay looking nice. Swapping hoses will be one of the things, not sure if I will powder coat the inlet just yet as I would need to have the car off the road for a while. Then I can start my own build thread :D
  4. Yeah I have been told they are the same
  5. Really? Thank you, if you would like me to pay for postage it would be the least I could do :D
  6. You are not wrong there, heading back over the Buttertubs from Hawes is one of the best views once the valley opens out on the right just after the tubs :D
  7. Oh I get it now! Mine are 5x100. You learn something new everyday!
  8. Well that's unfortunate, thanks anyway Dave :) . I'm going to sound like a right amature now but what do the numbers mean Tom? My first guess is height...
  9. Nice looking car, loving the seats and spoiler ;) . Welcome to the club!
  10. As the title states I'm after some rear suspension, I have the fronts already and they are from a Blow or Hawk. They have a cup for the spring so if it breaks it doesn't drop down into the tyre. Which happened on the original suspension!
  11. Yeah, no light then I would check the throttle body first. Apparently the turbo covers it with oil over time or something
  12. Have a look at your throttle body, it could be dirty causing it to stick
  13. Welcome! Peebles is a nice place, close to mountain biking trails and great roads. Feeling slightly jealous now ;)
  14. Isn't that what you want though? Means it is at fault rather than something else yet to be found :P
  15. Mine does this when I dip the clutch, I just presumed it's a normal thing to happen. My car is mapped by Prodrive though?
  16. I 2nd that.... it's amazing! Boneless Banquet and a BBQ wrap makes me very happy
  17. Would guys be travelling to buttertubs then? Id happily meet for a bit round there, wont be travelling to whitby though. Not this time anyway
  18. That's brilliant, just to think the amount of people you annoyed setting them car alarms off! lol. My brother used to have a white Opal Manta and he loved it, regrets selling it. Also used to do banger racing in them :) . I also like tend to rev the car every now and then at traffic lights just to hear it purr!
  19. One thing I have learned with cars is.... Nothing is ever easy! Hope you manage to get it working :)
  20. Yeah don't think I would go there unless I had a place to stay seeing as it's opposite coast to me ;)
  21. I'm up for this, I have driven Buttertubs a few times. Not been much passed there though so would be interesting
  22. Fitting a new stereo last night, it's rubbish so sending it back... shame really :( Sounded promising... - Touchscreen - Full 1080p HD - Sat Nav - Bluetooth - SD and USB support So when I had installed it and found that it saves radio stations but not other settings I wasn't happy. Also sound keeps dimming when losing a bit of signal AND it doesn't support anything to do with IPOD!
  23. Those are some pretty good alternatives, surprising what's out there really. I might sell my GoPro soon and either upgrade or move onto a different style of camera.
