  1. Sounds like quite a bit of fun has been had this weekend :) . I went out for a play last night, wanting to test it out on my favourite country road to see what it can do, never really pushed it until now. It certainly is one hell of a car, you go round a corner quite fast thinking "Might be going a bit quick..." but no it asks for more! haha. Might let her have a rest today :)
  2. Always a bonus having fuel, means you can have a play without thinking "where's the closest garage..." Lovely weather here today, bit cold but still nice. Took my mother out to go get a mothers day present, any excuse to drive the Subaru really ;) . Priceless having her hold onto the seat shouting "I don't like itttt" but smiling her head off! haha Now I'm home waiting for my friend to get here.... rest is yet to be decided.
  3. I had something similar on the way home from work with an S line Audi A3, tried to take me on a straight so I left him behind. Don't know why they bother lol
  4. Sorry this has sold now
  5. Gives you an idea on what you can do with it.
  6. There is other piping with it that you could swap the cone onto or something, will get a pic when I get home. Will give you a better idea on what you could do with it and if you would like it :)
  7. I have an intake I have taken off my car as I wanted to have it standard. This filter has been on for about 6 months but only covered 500 miles (Previous owner only took it out a couple of times). The pipe that is shown in the pic has been cut to fit better. There is some other piping with it as it was meant to go all the way to the turbo. Will upload some pics of the other stuff when I get home. Here is one of it on the car...
  8. My style of rolling is like a log, lay down at the top of a big hill and roll sideways down it
  9. It's a lot better on here than it was on the Ford forums... my god that was bad lol. If you asked something you got called stupid or nobody gave you the time of day
  10. It will be a shock when I move onto an economical car lol
  11. Just played the "will I make it to the fuel station" game... Living in a village the closet fuel station is 10 miles away, a long way with fuel light on
  12. Must say this is the first car I've had were i am happy to spend money to make it look good :). Plan is to replace vacuum hoses and coolant hoses first. Also thinking of spraying WRX on the intercooler
  13. Ouch :(. I did that in one of my earlier cars, not pleasant
  14. Lovely weather today so went out on a drive then gave her a clean finished off with a drive round the block to dry her off :)
  15. Simple yet effective! I will get looking then. I managed to find a hose kit, there are cheap and expensive ones.... Also cant find any that include intercooler hoses :(
  16. Tell you what, there are not many people like that in the world these days. One day I shall return the favour :)
  17. Mine was giving me the come to bed eyes so I took her out for a drive :D
  18. Just wondering if people could offer advice and point me in the direction of parts for dressing up my engine bay :) . I want to get my engine bay looking nice. Swapping hoses will be one of the things, not sure if I will powder coat the inlet just yet as I would need to have the car off the road for a while. Then I can start my own build thread :D
  19. Yeah I have been told they are the same
  20. Really? Thank you, if you would like me to pay for postage it would be the least I could do :D
  21. You are not wrong there, heading back over the Buttertubs from Hawes is one of the best views once the valley opens out on the right just after the tubs :D
  22. Oh I get it now! Mine are 5x100. You learn something new everyday!
  23. Well that's unfortunate, thanks anyway Dave :) . I'm going to sound like a right amature now but what do the numbers mean Tom? My first guess is height...
  24. As the title states I'm after some rear suspension, I have the fronts already and they are from a Blow or Hawk. They have a cup for the spring so if it breaks it doesn't drop down into the tyre. Which happened on the original suspension!
