  2. glad you enjoyed it Chris :)

I've not had a race with an A45 AMG yet, I've heard they are quick though. wouldn't fancy trying against a modded one

I've had a race with a C63 AMG, about 450bhp, I had the wife and kids in my car and I kept up with him, I wasn't catching him and he wasn't pulling away. we caught up to traffic and I classed it as a victory, he carried on driving stupid trying to get away to 'win', he nearly hit 2 cars head on and that just showed what a prick he was

The A45 is very quick 0-60  4,6 sec ( same as mine )  The biggest AMG-s have advantage at high speed (200Km/h+)

  3. It has quite a few of the handling mods, plus the most important, good tires :)

will do the rest at some point :)

love the handling mods, its what really turns my passengers from "Subaru's arnt that quick" to "Stop the car! JESUS, you're not gonna make it !!! AAHHHH"...

    Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh :D

  4. one that hurst had for sale?

I don`t think so. It was imported directly to France they put the cars on a road with EU MOT ( they need to change the headlights, seatbelts to EU marked etc ) otherwise you can`t get this car on a road in Hungary. ( thanks for the EU regulations  :(  )

  5. Or you can get much much more fun if you put money on handling.

I had some test run with different Impreza`s so I can tell you the handling part really does make a difference ;)

Upgrade the followings: ( yes I know this doesn`t sound as cool when you tell this the other guys as your engine is still stock but if you give them a ride with the below stuff installed they will think twice before they upgrade something in their cars :D )

    Bushes to poly

Engine mount/Transmission mount ( you can get this as a kit )

    Strut braces

Anti roll bars ( front, rear )

    Coilovers

Quick steering rack ( just for fanatics  )

And you get a totally new car from the fun point of view and a top of that you can put a more powerful car to shame.

If you get 50 or 80 BHP more you will enjoy that for less than 2 weeks and you are done ;) ( after that you probably will get used to it )

  6. I was expecting a little better throttle response. But I spoke to td racing and he advised a decat down pipe and a remap for £350 which I'm going to go with I think. Just to get a little bit more power

Without any other mod you won`t notice a thing. "Sadly"  the original airbox is really well designed.

I have a HKS induction kit which apart from the nice sound doesn`t do too much on a stock engine.

  7. Nope they are off an STI and are not part of any performance pack I'm aware of.

A PPP pack is an upgraded back box, centre pipe and remap, doesn't included a brake upgrade.

And a fuel pump ( depends on what PPP we are talking about )

  8. Hi folks, I've owned my Scooby now for about 2 months and loving it, what a car!

I'm starting to get the itch for more power and a bit more noise ( prodrive exhaust is a bit quiet)

What is the tuning potential of my prodrive pack version with basic mods like exhaust, induction kit etc with it being 265bhp standard?

Do you have a Prodrive certificate? If yes I would not change a thing. If you change something from that point your car won`t be a Prodrive modell anymore. If this doesn`t bother you then go for it ;)
