  1. What you got planned next sparky? I still need to get some funds for wheels and I was looking at the eibach handling kit but not sure if lowering it might make it worse for back roads. I want that splitter too :)
  2. My gauge records the peak do it goes up to 1.49 only for a moment then settles at about 1.2 so maybe that number is more relevant I'm not sure
  3. Mines getting 1.49 on the digital gauge but the gauge only goes to 1.5. What fuel are you using? Scoobyclinic wanted me to get the car mapped on shell but we decided to get it done on BP ultimate as it's a pain in the !Removed! getting shell round our way, but even now the car I run it with BP with a bottle of octane boost or make the trip to penrith when I can be arsed
  4. At 5200 rpm the power and torque are both almost bang on 300
  5. tidgy, his graph is misleading because the numbers on the left aren't the same for hp and torque like our graphs are
  6. That's mine with a turbo back exhaust and remap
  7. Up the top second post I think I didn't spot them at first either
  8. Nice one love that front end. The seats look great and they're a good match with the rest of the interior too.
  9. Nice to see another cumbrian in here. You've got a bit less power than me but a bit more torque.
  10. Yea I've got my lead in there now. I was at the dealer a couple of week back and forgot to mention it
  11. Mines has also done this. The port was really tight then tried to unplug my phone cable and it's all come apart and the usb has dropped indie the armrest
  12. Welcome. As you've got a 330s you're already off to a good start :)
  13. Well as I set of home from night shift this morning I had an evo 10 of all cars following me out of work. He obviously wanted to play as he was right on my back bumper. There's a roundabout on my trip home that goes onto a big hill climb with 2 lanes going uphill which is often used by locals to see what speed you can get at the top. Well it was pretty much neck and neck until above 90 where my car just started to slowly open the gap. He even moved into the second lane early thinking he was gonna beat me :) don't think the outcome would have been as pleasing for me without the remap
  14. Don't know what you've been reading Matt but aan Octavia vrs is 217bhp and around £25k a wrx sti is 295bhp and £29k so I don't think the Wrx Sti is overpriced when you look at all the other cars with similar power the price is around the same or more and the latest sti has sold well despite the engine getting a bit old now. The levorg does seem a bit pricey but it is a real nice car inside. I guess £30k doesn't get you much on the new car market nowadays
  15. If I was after something like this a soda octavia vrs estate beats it by a mile and that's a shame because the levorg is quite promising but let down by not having a good range of engines
  16. Funny how they didn't mind offering it in the past though.
  17. And you're right gambit why don't they just call it Wrx wagon :). Maybe they don't want to scare off people that think wrx means it's not a sensible car
  18. I was at my dealers last week and they had a white one in. It's a great looking car and I really liked the interior with the all black leather as opposed to the half leather in mine. I got talking to the guy on the desk and he said they have had a lot of people looking at it but when it comes down to it the people after that sort of thing really want a 2.0 diesel option and all you can have in the levorg is a 1.6 turbo petrol and they blame subaru for not properly researching the markets they sell to. When you look across the subaru range now there is a good choice of engines but it makes you wonder how they decided what to offer in each car. I believe the latest forrester has the new 2.0 turbo which could probably replace the 2.5
  19. Yea can be done in a day webby. I already had the cat back on then had the rest of the work done in a day but I'm fairly sure they could get it all done.
  20. I'm also having wing mirror troubles :( someone hit mine when it was parked on the road. Gonna cost at least £312 + vat cos some !Removed! bandit can't drive
  21. Top brand for motorcycles not sure about cars but wouldnt imagine they would produce any cheap tat
  22. Yea it starts too pull earlier now and the boost stays higher. It's went from 1.27bar peak to 1.49 and then it settles at about 1.2-1.25bar when it used to about a bar.
  23. You can see I got a big gain in torque at about 3500rpm onwards you can really feel the difference there and the car is a lot more responsive
  24. 3 Yea it probably will but I went for it anyway. I don't know if the cat back will give any more power but milltek are bound to claim that it does but they look good and sound great, not too loud and the car isn't much louder at idle but you can hear the boxer sound and it's just right when you put your foot down. I've had my cat back on since the car was brand new and I'd say it's a must have as the cars have no sound at all without it. When I took mine for the remap they done a base run with just the cat back and it made 286bhp and 275ftlb on BP ultimate fuel. I then added the downpipe and cat a perrin induction kit and the remap and it went to 323bhp and 350ftlb. They said I probably would have had an extra 10bhp if I had done it with shell v power but I can't get it anywhere near me so it was pointless mapping the car for that fuel.
  25. Nice to see another new sti owner. :) welcome
