Never used foam, but thought I'd buy a lance to use with my pressure washer, seen a few foams and smells around
-
Evening all,
what foams do we all use when we clean our toys? Anything to look out for and not use?? Will mix it with my pressure washer (brush)
I'll be using it on my V1 Classic
Thanks in advance

Hey and welcome to SOC,
good choice of car to have, do show us some pics when you get it!!!! What model you looking at???
-
Hey and welcome to SOC,
yeah there nice toys sorry I mean family cars to have!!! Lol
a good friend of mine has this model in Black looks really nice and performance is really good too, very comfy and ALOT of gadgets and gizmos inside like a full on cockpit it's a good stealth car/model as it isn't loud or Subaru noisey at all, which for a family car it will be perfect, my mate did upgrade to a new exhaust system to make it a bit louder it helped but still quiet unless it's opened up 100% between the gears.
show us the pics when the deed has been done

Hey guys sorry for late reply, issues with the notifications?!
All sorted in in the end, it was with a downpipes cat from factory, but it was quite a bit over the limit, but I found something online and after speaking to a few local Scooby experts who pointed me in the right direction, and if it's a pre '95 model plus being an import then by law it does not need a cat at all!!! So after finding this out I took the information back to the garage and showed them and then they retested the whole car and passed it with 0 problems!!!! But I did change it to a decat pipe now, well I might as well now it's allowed !!!!!

Hey and welcome Tom to SOC
Ive got a classic V1 STI, never really had an issue with it, if they be in the hands of a Scooby owner (proper fan not boy racer) then they will be looked and maintained well. The Classic engine is one of the stronger engines and better engines.....
Just depends on preference on what shape and style you like and go hunt a bargain

Agreed, fins protected and makes it look fresher under the bonnet.
time to freshen other bits under there now
