I'm looking to change my standard air intake for an after market one i was wondering what would be the best option for my 2004 wrx. would a full after market system like the typhoon cold air feed be worth the price for the performance or would i be best off just fitting a K&N panel filter or mushroom filter? Any tips or information would be very appreciated. Thanks Aden

I've just fitted my shiny new dump valve it really didn't take long at all and i must say i'm very pleased with it, it didn't really need much adjusting at all and i have big smiles on the drive home i highly recommend the GFB dump valve now

I've ordered the GFB dump valve and it should be arriving in 1-2 days so ill be posting what i make of it once it has arrived and I've fitted it

Thanks all for your input i think ill go for the GFB dump valve as its fully adjustable and i can play with it to suit mine and my cars needs Live long and prosper Aden

in response to martyc with your baileys dump valve do you have any problems with the engine idling or any lumpyness just to give me an idea of what they're like. im not really after a ssqv that's not the noise i want i want a nice loud PSHHHHH not CHUCHUCHU hahaha

Thanks for the recommendation I've looked at the link you posted and a few Youtube videos about that bump valve its looks like a really good choice, but for a smaller budget is there anything else you would recommend?

Hi all I've recently become the proud owner of a 2004 impreza wrx blobeye with is basically box fresh apart from a ppp, the only thing i want to change about the car is the standard waste gate which i was looking to replace with a baileys DV12 dump valve, i was just wondering if anyone has fitted one in the past or is currently using one and what you would rate the noise as? Or if you had a better suggestion id love to hear it. Many Thanks Aden
