  1. I used a guy called Jimmy Tyres, comes out to your house, he does a static balance on the wheels though so they will need balancing properly afterwards.
  2. It should of resolved the issue but unfortunately I wont be able to tell for a while..... Bottom end......
  3. Cheers for your reply. It's got all tracked up fine in the end. It was way out to begin with. It had camber bolts as standard in the rear. Although I had to replace these as they snapped when we tried to undo them. £25 for the pair from main dealer. Sent from my FRD-L09 using Tapatalk
  4. Hey all. Finally got my Subaru. She's a 2002 bug eye beauty. Has the usual bits of rust which are getting sorted in the next few weeks. Biggest issue is I have a rear tyre which is absolutely scrubbed on the inside edge. Are the rear wheels adjustable? Or do I need to buy some adjustable offset bolts? 5. so its been a while since i was last on here as the misses decided she was having her own car. so now that shes buggered off im getting a 2002 impreza 2.0 wrx blob eye. So i know to look for rust in arches inside and out, front cross member, subframe and rear axle, anywhere else that is notoriously bad for it? the next question is what things do i then need to check as well? ive got a friend coming who has owned a couple of subarus. but after working on his latest lemon i would like some more advice also :) any advice would be brilliant
  6. Hey there is there a link for this? Would be interested to look. Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  7. Cheers all. Sorry for the delay as I've been a bit busy as of late. Still looking. Got a bit longer to wait for money to be available so loads of time to keep an eye on the net for proverbial lemons. Im undecided on petrol or diesel tbf. I prefer diesel. Just a personnel choice and I do quiet a lot of miles. Although I'm starting to think about a petrol but think the running cost could bankrupt me haha Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks, Im looking probably 2008 onwards in model wise so i dont really know what generation that is. insurance is being the biggest issue atm :/
  9. Hey all, In the next month or so I am looking to buy a used legacy diesel. Around the 50-70k mile mark. So my question I guess is what do I need to look out for? I know full service history is a must. But what else? I'm looking to buy one to keep for a long time now so need to make sure it's the best for my price range.
