No you dont loose ncd. I believe its still valid for 2 years of your last insurance end date. Ps. 28 days its a suspension of your policy you still pay but also accumulate ncd. It gives you 28 days to find another car.

I always use wd40 on bolts. Spray a bit and leave it for 5min usually work like a charm.

I have forester s-turbo so tow vehicle is no issue. Have no trailer tho. Will get one in about a 2 years time once I move house. And definitely offroad only otherwise we would be limited on things that can be done to it and it would cost more too. Insurance, vehicle tax. Mot.

It all depends on 3 main things. Price, location and storage. Im in bedfordshire so it would not be viable to join with someone in scotlant for example.

I would look into that low mileage, for an 03 plate its very low, pricewise its not too bad.

Imprezas are classed as performance cars even gx, I know since I was not able to get some insurance companies to even quote me as I have not owned it for at least a year. And I had 6 clean years with full ncd, you can expect yo pay a big premium for first year and hugely drop once you owned it for at least a year.
