This is my second Subaru after being a Volvo owner for years, guess I like reliable cars (last Volvo cost £650 and I drove it daily for 6 1/2 years) so the Subaru seemed to be a good idea.
The old Forester is still with me but leaks oil at an alarming rate but runs well, sadly a bit under powered with a N/A 2 litre engine. It will be repaired and I will be keeping it. Just love the 4 wheel drive grip! Going to pop the engine out to make the repairs easier for my ageing body.
The H6 engine in the outback is great smooth and enough power for me, my son on the other hand wants to modify it with turbos and what ever he finds. But at the moment I just want to enjoy the car as is.
